​Shawn was living pay cheque to pay cheque and wanted to find a way to get out of the rat race. When he started investing at age 25, he put together a plan for retirement for age 55. He crushed his goals and reached his target by the age of 34. Shawn’s strategy started with House Hacking and he has found success by challenging conventional thinking when it comes to investing in Canadian real estate. Currently he has a portfolio of 40+ Residential Rental Units and growing. He also uses the BRRR strategy and can show you how to effectively apply it. This has transitioned into investing across Canada and into the Caribbean internationally now. He has found a passion for sharing his knowledge with others and now works as a local real estate investor agent; helping others buy cash flowing real estate assets.
