Woot woot! In this episode, I am so happy to welcome Scott back to the podcast with something truly intriguing and very clever: hybrid managing! He hires someone to take care of the properties themselves, while he remains the landlord. Interesting, right?

- With this strategy, it is MUCH much cheaper and reliable, while also being stable for the contractor. It’s not just a job, it’s a passion for his retired employee, who has exceeded his expectations.

- When you’re too hands-on with your tenants, the problem is that it might become problematic. You get too involved, and instead of being professionalism, it’s friendship!
Scott has spent over 25 years working in large technology companies in senior leadership positions ranging from sales, business development, marketing, and product management. His passion for investing in real estate allowed him to retire from my 9-5 job. His focus is to buy single-family homes and convert them to legal duplexes. This strategy is a proven method of raising property value in a short period of time while maximizing monthly cash flow!
